What will you be doing?

Job Purpose:

Provide architectural advisory across application portfolio
Lead AI led modernization and application security uplift related transformation projects
Set functional and non-functional architecture requirements for SW development projects
Design and implement up-to-date application architecture frameworks
Establish governance and standards around architecture principles, SW development guidelines, recommend on preferred tech stack, tools, security policies and application performance metrics

Key Accountabilities
1. Application Architecture Leadership
Define and maintain application architecture blueprints and reference architectures.
Establish architecture standards, design principles, and development guidelines.




Ensure alignment between application architecture and enterprise architecture.

2. AI-Led Modernization
Lead application modernization programs using AI and automation capabilities.
Drive legacy application transformation initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, code quality, and operational efficiency through AI.

3. Security & Risk Management
Lead application security uplift initiatives.
Conduct architecture and design reviews to identify risks and vulnerabilities.
Ensure security-by-design principles are embedded in development practices.

4. Governance & Standards
Establish architecture governance processes.
Define preferred technology stacks, tools, frameworks, and performance metrics.
Develop standards, templates, policies, and review processes.

5. Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with Application Portfolio Managers and business stakeholders.
