Job Title: Java Lead Developer

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Java Lead Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Spring Boot and RESTful API development. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive end-to-end solution design, ensure high-quality code delivery, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers to deliver robust and maintainable backend solutions.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, best practices, and adherence to design standards.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and QA teams to define technical requirements and deliverables.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system scalability and reliability.
- Manage deployment pipelines, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and provide technical guidance on system design and integration.




- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements in the tech stack.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in backend development using Java (8 or above).
- Strong expertise in Spring Framework, particularly Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data.
- Proven experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating with external systems.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native applications.
- Proficiency with RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Prior experience in leading teams or acting as a technical mentor is mandatory.
