HR Specialist - Talent and Development (Employee Engagement)

We are looking for core experience into Employee Engagement & Immediate joiners are preferred.

Location: Corporate Office, Prabhadevi

Roles and Responsibilities:

End to end Event management planning and execution.

Driving Employee participation in events and to get feedback from them.

Planning and coordination of On – floor activities during events and post event activities (Prize distribution, Photo/ Videos)

Co-ordination with Internal stakeholders (Marketing Team, Talent partners, Branch SPOCs) etc.

Designing Communication mails and creatives in alignment with Marketing.

Managing Current Vendor empanelment, Invoices & required checks for payment release.

Executing R&R; Long Service Awards Program – 5- & 10 years Celebration – managing the virtual event & Shine report management.

Planning Town hall Logistics and ensuring smooth execution of the event.

Management of data – Budget files, Invoices, Event related approvals, Employee details etc.

Years of Experience: 1-2 years

CTC: Upto 6 Lakhs
