ob Title: Area Training Manager – Banca

Location: Guwahati

CTC: Up to ₹11 LPA

Key Requirements:
- Gender: Male candidates only
- Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of recent experience in Training / Learning & Development (L&D;)
- Industry Preference: Exposure to BFSI / Banca segment is mandatory
- Additional Advantage: Experience in PSU Bank training will be preferred
- Location Preference: Local, mature candidates from or near Guwahati

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage classroom training sessions (4–7 days) across multiple locations
- Design and deliver training modules for Banca channel employees
- Ensure consistent capability building and performance improvement
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and bank partners for training needs
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback

Candidate Criteria:
- Should be currently working (mandatory)
- Notice period candidates are acceptable, but must have a valid and justifiable reason for job change
- Robust communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel for training sessions across locations
