As an Application Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Working with global Application Engineering, Product Development,



Sales and Marketing personnel to develop and replicate high impact applications for consumer electronics.
- Identifying the best 3M solution for an application by thoroughly understanding customer needs, testing, and trial results. Communicate results to customers and global application engineering team through written reports and presentations.
- Represent the entire range of 3M portfolio for Display and Electronics to our customers, through presentations, training, conferences and other technical interactions.
- Providing launch support for new product programs by generating supporting documentation, demonstration tools, videos, and training materials.
- Building a deep understanding of customer needs and competition for the electronics market and provide “Voice of Customer,” new product ideas and competitive analysis.
