Job Description:

Position: Tool Room - Turner

Location: Ankleshwar

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:
- Operate lathe machines for turning, facing, threading, boring, etc.
- Manufacture and repair:Injection mold components
- Dies, jigs, fixtures
- Machine spare parts
- Read and understand engineering drawings / blueprints
- Maintain high precision and tolerances using measuring tools (vernier, micrometer, gauges)
- Select cutting tools, speeds, and feeds
- Perform machine maintenance and cleaning
- Ensure quality inspection and zero-defect work
- Follow safety procedures in tool room

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of lathe machining (manual or CNC)
- Understanding of plastic mold tooling (injection mold parts)
- Ability to read technical drawings

Required Qualification: -ITI - Turner

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
