Key Responsibilities

 Design visually stunning A4 sized documents, comprising of thematic cover concepts

and insides pages (16– 200 pages) covering different chapters

 Bring international design trends and contemporary layouts to life

 Effectively use brand colours, typography, infographics, visual effects, and other

design elements

 Take full ownership of projects — from concept to final delivery

 Apply AI Tools to enhance creativity and efficiency

 Collaborate with internal teams and leading Indian corporates

Key Expectations

 2–5 years of design experience

 Strong creative thinking and ability to generate original design ideas

 Awareness of global design trends and best practices

 Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

 Proficiency with AI Tools

 Collaborative and service-oriented mindset with openness to feedback from internal

teams and clients

 Strong commitment to deadlines and ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously

 Working longer hours during peak business season of 6 months (Minimum 10-12

hours)

 Fluent in both English and Hindi
