Job Description – Liaisoning Executive

Role Summary

Artha Energy Resources is looking for a proactive and result-driven Liaisoning Executive to manage all regulatory approvals (DISCOM, SNA, CEIG, etc.) for rooftop solar projects. The role is critical in ensuring smooth approvals and timely commissioning of OPEX & CAPEX solar plants.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle end-to-end DISCOM approvals (Net/Gross metering, load sanction, agreements, meter testing & NOC)

· Manage CEIG approvals including drawing approvals, inspections & charging clearance

· Coordinate with State Nodal Agency (SNA) for application and approvals

· Prepare and submit regulatory documentation (forms, affidavits, SLDs, layouts)

· Regular follow-ups with DISCOM, CEIG, SNA & clients

· Ensure timely approvals for smooth project commissioning





· Vendor coordination and negotiation for liaisoning services

Eligibility Criteria Qualification

· Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)

· Any Graduate with relevant liaisoning experience may also apply

Experience

· 2–5 years of experience in solar liaisoning / regulatory approvals

· Experience handling DISCOM, CEIG & SNA approvals is mandatory

· Prior experience in rooftop solar projects preferred

Skills Required

· Robust knowledge of net metering & regulatory processes

· Basic understanding of electrical drawings (SLD & layouts)

· Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

· Excellent coordination, follow-up & negotiation skills
