Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on developing a deep understanding of industry issues to build solutions with high potential demand
- Contribute to building proposals by researching domestic and global best practices and creating tailored solutions for clients
- Support practice building by developing thought leadership and white papers
- Perform desktop research, customer discussions, and interviews with senior management to understand business needs
- Design detailed solutions aligned with business requirements and assess implementation readiness and dependencies
- Support client teams across technology, business, and finance for solution implementation
- Develop charters and define key metrics to track performance post implementation
