Key Responsibilities:Provides hands-on development guidance and assists in development tasksReviews code to ensure it follows HNI StandardsWorks with development team (onsite and offshore) to ensure timely code deliveryEscalates and monitors issues when dealing with external vendorsTakes ownership of escalated support issues and finds resolution to problemsEvaluates functionality of technology and systems.
