Job Description Summary
Gas Power Contractual Services organization plays a critical role in ensuring the long-term reliability, performance, and profitability of our installed base fleet. As a Senior Manager – Commercial Excellence & Cost Leader within the CSA Digital Technology organization, you will act as the strategic bridge between engineering productivity initiatives, digital cost monitoring, financial reconciliation, digital product ownership, and commercial portfolio health.

This role sits at the intersection of DT product management, financial rigor, and lean transformation. You will own the strategic vision, accountability and execution roadmap for the digital Cost & Productivity analytics, Commercial portfolio Health, Finance & Account Reconciliation, Cost Monitoring — including ConFIRM, MyFleet, Escalation, BLD, Prism+ and CSA Analytics — while simultaneously driving Cost & Billing analysis, Contract Margin optimization, and commercial value proposition strategies across CS portfolio that directly impact CSA performance.

The role has moderate autonomy,



requiring high levels of operational judgment. This role is a People Leader role and will have GE Vernova employees reporting.

Job Description

Product Vision & Digital Platform Ownership
- Own the strategic vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management for core cost and commercial systems, including ConFIRM, MyFleet, PRISM+, Escalation and BLD. Deliver on the vision for Integrated Contractual Services Platform simplifying Financial Reconciliation and Cost processes.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog for cost monitoring, actualization, and reconciliation analytics — ensuring these platforms provide leadership with real-time, trusted visibility into cost performance.
- Partner with Digital/IT and data engineering teams to modernize, automate, and scale these platforms, driving adoption of AI/ML-enabled analytics for predictive cost insights.
