Production Manager – Bakery Manufacturing Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Production Manager / Bakery Production Manager who can take complete ownership of the manufacturing floor.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end bakery production operations, including raw-material processing, mixing, dough preparation, proofing, baking, cooling, slicing and packaging.

The role involves managing both Short Shelf Life (SSL) products such as breads and buns and Long Shelf Life (LSL) products such as rusks and cakes.
