About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce platforms and experience in manual testing of Salesforce applications, ensuring quality, reliability, and optimal performance of business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or similar.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery of high-quality releases.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing)



and support end-users during the testing phase.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying QA best practices and automation opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in manual testing, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce testing.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and defect management using Jira or equivalent tools.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Good to Have
- Salesforce Admin or QA certification.
- Basic knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
- Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG) is an advantage.
