Role Objectives
The Sales Development Executive will play a critical role in driving the company's new business pipeline
through highly targeted, research-led outbound prospecting.
The primary objective of this role is to identify and engage relevant B2B organisations, research target
accounts and key decision-makers, conduct intelligent cold outreach and virtual conversations, and
generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the Sales and Business Development team.
This is not a transactional telecalling role. The successful candidate will be expected to conduct wellresearched
outbound prospecting, understand the target organisation before making contact, navigate
through complex corporate structures, identify the right stakeholders and decision-makers, and secure
relevant meetings for the Sales/BD team.




The role will work closely with Sales and Business Development Managers to build a solid and
continuously evolving pipeline of target prospects and convert cold accounts into qualified, sales-ready or
"warm" leads through effective research, outreach, probing and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
▪ Research and identify target companies and relevant CXO-level / senior decision-makers.
▪ Build and maintain a live database of well-targeted prospects using B2B databases, LinkedIn,
company websites and other research tools.
▪ Conduct well-researched cold calls and outbound outreach, with a clear understanding of the
prospect's business and potential safety requirements.
▪ Reach out to CEOs, MDs, COOs, Directors, Heads of Safety/EHS, Facilities, Operations,
Engineering and other relevant stakeholders.
▪ Fixing 4-5 meetings every week by making a minimum of 40 calls per day, while constantly creating
a pipeline of meetings.
