Job Title: Manager – Property & Casualty Claims
Location: Any Location (Pune/Bangalore)
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead claims operations teams (80–100 members) including Team Leaders and Analysts
-
Ensure SLA adherence, quality, and productivity improvements
-
Drive process improvements, reporting, and compliance
-
Handle stakeholder/client management and escalations
-
Support capacity planning, FTE planning, and process migration/stabilization
Requirements:
-
Postgraduate with 10+ years of ITES/BPO experience
-
2+ years in managerial role in insurance/claims domain
-
Experience in UK/US/AU insurance processes preferred
-
Solid leadership, stakeholder management, and operational excellence skills
