Job Description:
Role Overview:
- The Regional Relationship Head will be responsible for driving business growth across Large Corporate and Mid-Market segments by building high-quality client portfolios, strengthening key relationships, and ensuring profitable regional performance.
- The role entails P&L; ownership, senior stakeholder management and team leadership, while ensuring robust risk, compliance and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow the Large Corporate & Mid-Market client portfolio for the assigned region, ensuring sustainable revenue and profitability.
- Drive client acquisition, relationship deepening, and wallet-share expansion across lending and transaction banking products.
- Manage end-to-end relationships with promoters, CXOs, CFOs, and senior management of corporate clients.
- The role bearer is accountable for customer acquisition, due diligence and recovery.
