5–15 years of experience in banking technology, consulting, or digital transformation or enterprise architecture roles

Solid domain expertise in one or more areas: Core Banking, Lending, CRM, Payments, Treasury or digital banking ecosystems

Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and cloud-based systems

Experience with API-led, microservices, and distributed architectures for scalable solution design

Practical exposure to AI/ML use cases, data platforms, and analytics-driven decisioning

Hands-on experience in technology implementations or large-scale transformation programs

Ability to translate business requirements into structured, implementable technology solutions

Familiarity with digital platforms (CRM, LOS, digital banking) and integration ecosystems

Strong consulting skills including problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication

Proven ability to operate across strategy, architecture, and delivery layers with an outcome-driven mindset

Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills with ability to engage senior executives
