Job Summary (Phone Sales Manager):
- Lead and supervise a team of phone sales executives
- Train team members on insurance product knowledge
- Ensure skilled and effective customer calls
- Monitor daily call volume, sales numbers, and team performance
- Motivate team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Address escalated customer issues and complaints
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations
- Prepare and submit sales reports to senior management
