Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Executive to manage day-to-day store and material activities at our construction site in Tiruchengode. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining records of machinery-related items, construction materials, tools, consumables, and other site materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations at the construction site.
- Receive and verify construction materials, machinery spares, tools, and consumables.
- Check materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and invoices.
- Maintain proper records of material receipts, issues, returns, and stock balances.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
- Issue materials to site teams based on approved material requests.
- Maintain stock registers, bin cards, GRN/MRN, and inventory records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.




- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned team about material requirements.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Project, and Site Engineering teams for material-related activities.
- Track incoming and outgoing materials and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of construction materials, machinery spares, tools, and consumables.
- Identify slow-moving, excess, damaged, or obsolete materials and report them to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store area.
- Support periodic stock audits and prepare inventory reports.
- Follow company procedures related to material control, safety, and documentation.
