This role requires hands on experience in assessing build quality of the solutions,
engage with stakeholders to address challenges in accessing or using their EUC solutions, continuous improvement mindset and develop solution to further automate the process. This is a good opportunity for people who would like to improve on above aspects as well as build his/her technical capabilities.
What is the Role?
- EUC Team support Shell globally and the support is not restricted to Finance – the scope of operations is Shell wide. As DTA EUC and Automation Specialist you will coordinate assessment of EUC files for adherence to group guidelines, support controls operations in the process, support audits, engage with stakeholder to resolve concerns and maintain the automated tools used by the team. More specifically, your role will include:
- Monitor Change Management workflows and mailbox and ensure the team effectively supports with agreed SLA
- Perform assessment of EUC files to ensure alignment with group guidance.
