Job Description:

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) Consultant with 6- 8+ years of SAP experience and solid expertise in IFRS 15/ASC 606 revenue recognition processes. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP RAR solutions in S/4HANA environments while ensuring compliance with revenue accounting standards.

Implement, configure, and support SAP RAR solutions for IFRS 15 and ASC 606 compliance. [community.sap.com], [erpresearch.com]

Analyze business requirements and design revenue recognition processes.

Configure Revenue Accounting Items (RAIs), Performance Obligations (POBs),



SSP determination, contract management, and revenue posting.Integrate SAP RAR with SAP SD, FI, BRIM, and S/4HANA systems.

Perform system testing, defect resolution, and production support activities.

Troubleshoot complex revenue accounting issues and provide root cause analysis.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance revenue recognition and reporting processes.

Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills
- 6- 8+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP RAR.

In-depth knowledge of IFRS 15 / ASC 606 Revenue Recognition standards.
- Experience in configuring RAIs, POBs, SSP Allocation, Contract Accounting, and Revenue Posting.
- SAP RTR – IFRS 16 is Good to have (Best Fit)
- Background of SAP FICO consulting experience is Mandate as around 3 years.
- Strong understanding of SAP FI, SD, and S/4HANA Finance.
