Key Responsibilities
- Lead security monitoring, threat hunting, and incident response.
- Oversee VAPT, red team exercises, and risk assessments.
- Drive adoption of security best practices and policies across the company.
- Partner with DevOps and IT to secure infrastructure and applications.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF.
- Mentor interns and junior analysts, fostering a security-first culture.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 5+ years’ proven experience in cybersecurity operations and threat management.
- Expertise with SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, firewalls, and cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Solid knowledge of forensics, malware analysis, and incident response frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or equivalent.
- Hands-on with Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne, Splunk, or similar tools.
