Key Responsibilities:

Drive business through the Banca channel by developing strong relationships with bank branches.

Manage and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Lead, guide and motivate the sales/relationship management team.

Build solid relationships with bank branch managers and other key stakeholders.

Generate business through branch leads and ensure effective lead conversion.

Conduct regular branch visits and monitor branch-wise performance.

Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to improve productivity.

Ensure proper follow-up,



customer servicing and timely policy issuance.

Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and support.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline.

Relevant experience in Life Insurance / Banca

Experience in managing bank relationships and sales teams preferred.

Strong communication, relationship management and leadership skills.

Target-oriented with a strong focus on business development.

-
Candidates with prior Banca Channel experience will be preferred.
