About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling player in the global fashion & apparel retail sector, we drive end-to-end merchandise strategy for leading lifestyle brands across India and international markets. Our merchandising team translates consumer insights, trend forecasting, and sales analytics into profitable product assortments—balancing inventory velocity, margin targets, and seasonal calendars to maximize revenue across omnichannel platforms. We work at the intersection of data, design, and demand—empowering agile, insight-led decision-making from concept to cash. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead seasonal merchandise planning and assortment strategy across categories, aligning with brand positioning, inventory goals, and regional demand signals.
- Collaborate with design, buying, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time delivery of products, optimal stock levels, and markdown efficiency.
- Monitor sell-through, OTB (Open-to-Buy), and stock turns to adjust purchasing and replenishment plans in real-time.
- Analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine product mix,



pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Prepare and present merchandise performance dashboards & forecasts to senior leadership for strategic alignment and resource allocation.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms to ensure cost efficiency, quality compliance, and supply chain resilience.

Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Dashboarding)
- ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle Retail, or similar)
