ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Sales Engineer / Senior Engineer with strong experience in B2B sales, capital goods, industrial equipment, and process cooling/HVAC solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a combination of technical knowledge, consultative selling skills, commercial understanding, and strong customer relationship management abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a strong understanding of process cooling solutions, their technical features, and the customer problems they solve.

• Develop and implement effective B2B sales and marketing strategies to generate recent business opportunities.

• Identify prospective customers and generate high-quality sales leads through market research, networking, and direct outreach.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate process cooling / industrial solutions.

• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customer
