Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager – Staffing to lead our global hiring initiatives with a primary focus on Global Hiring. This role is responsible for driving recruitment strategy, managing global recruitment operations, and building talent pipelines across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in the US hiring landscape, global staffing practices, and a solid ability to manage teams across time zones. This role operates during US business hours (4 PM IST – 1 AM IST) and will partner with global business leaders to fulfill strategic hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement global staffing strategies with a strong focus on Global hiring for both IT and non-IT positions.

· Lead and manage a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists across global locations to deliver against hiring targets.

· Own and drive full-cycle recruitment: workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

· Partner closely with global stakeholders, hiring managers,



and business leaders to understand and forecast hiring needs.

· Utilize data-driven approaches and metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) to continuously improve hiring processes.

· Ensure compliance with local labor laws and visa regulations (H-1B, TN, OPT, STEM OPT, GC, etc.) particularly in the US market.

· Leverage recruitment technologies and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards) to build and manage talent pipelines.

· Promote and implement inclusive hiring practices and diversity hiring initiatives.

· Manage vendor relationships, including staffing agencies and RPOs, where applicable.

· Monitor recruitment trends and talent availability across global markets.

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
