About the Role
- We are looking for a sharp, analytically rigorous, and highly organized professional to serve as Vertical Analyst and Data Analytics Lead within our Global Strategy Office, based in Bangalore. This is a hybrid role built for someone who can operate as a trusted right hand to senior leadership — orchestrating strategic priorities and cross-functional execution — while personally owning the data and market analysis that underpins every major decision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pipeline Management & Vertical Mapping
- Own end to end visibility of the global chance and project pipeline within sales force, ensuring accurate stage tracking, forecasting and reporting
- Partner with sales and business development teams to monitor pipeline health, flag stalled opportunities and support forecast accuracy for leadership reviews.
- Conduct structured mapping of focus verticals with particular emphasis on New Energy, Infrastructure and Heavy Equipment’s including account universe, key players, and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with sales,



business development and finance team to translate and map customers into an appropriate vertical as per industry development

2. Market Intelligence & Analyst
- Personally own the analysis of large, multi-source datasets (sales, market, operational, financial) to surface trends, risks, and white-space opportunities.
- Lead deep-dive market analysis on focus verticals such as Data Centers and adjacent high-growth infrastructure markets — sizing, segmentation, competitive dynamics, and demand signals.
- Build and maintain executive-grade dashboards and models (Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel) that leadership relies on for real-time decision-making.
- Establish data governance and reporting standards so insight generation scales beyond any one individual or team.

3. Program & Portfolio Execution
- Coordinate execution of the highest-priority global strategic initiatives, ensuring they stay on track, on budget, and
