ABOUT THE ROLE

The Organization is looking for an experienced and business-oriented Branch Head – Project Sales to lead business development and project sales activities for Windows and related fenestration products in the Mumbai market.

The Branch Head will be responsible for developing the regional business, generating and converting project opportunities, managing key client relationships, building the local market network and achieving revenue targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Mumbai market.
• Identify and develop new residential, commercial, hospitality and premium construction projects.
• Build a strong project sales pipeline and ensure consistent lead generation.
• Track upcoming and ongoing projects and identify key decision-makers.




• Develop relationships with architects, builders, developers, contractors, consultants and interior designers.
• Generate enquiries through market visits, networking, references and business development activities.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations and project discussions.
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals and commercial terms.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

BRANCH & MARKET MANAGEMENT

• Take ownership of the Mumbai market and establish a strong local presence for Ritz and Muse Pvt. Ltd.
• Develop and maintain a solid network of project stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products and market trends.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
• Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and project clients.
