Job Title: Web Developer

Role Summary:

You will lead the development of the website using WordPress, from planning to launch, and help migrate

from hard-coded templates to a flexible WordPress setup. You'll work closely with marketing and SEO

teams to deliver scalable, high-performance sites.

Responsibilities:

 Own the WordPress development lifecycle (planning → design → staging → QA → live)

 Build and maintain custom WordPress themes, templates, and plugins

 Assist in moving the site from mostly hard-coded templates into a WordPress pagebuilder

workplace

 Translate Figma designs into responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript

 Collaborate with marketing, SEO, and internal stakeholders

 Implement QA processes to ensure smooth launches and site stability

 Optimize site performance,



accessibility, and mobile responsiveness

Requirements / Skills:

 Proven experience building and maintaining WordPress sites end-to-end

 Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

 Experience with responsive frameworks

 Ability to translate designs from Figma into code

 Knowledge of SEO best practices (technical and on-page)

 Strong attention to detail and quality assurance focus

 Experience in cross-functional collaboration

 Conversational fluency in English

 Able to overlap at least 2 hours/week with the US team (morning PT or evening ET)
