Profile:- CRM Specialist (A&H; Claims)

Job location - Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:-

• Act as the primary point of contact for policyholders via phone, email, and direct communication to address claim-related needs.

• Provide timely updates on policy perks, claim status, and processing timelines.

• Collect, document, and respond to customer grievances, forwarding escalations to relevant teams (e.g., TPAs, hospitals, or internal approvers) while ensuring resolution within agreed timelines.

• Coordinate with customers on documentation requirements, claim submissions, and follow-ups to minimize delays.

• Educate clients on policy terms, coverage details, and exclusion clauses to enhance satisfaction and reduce disputes.

• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction trends, escalating systemic issues to management.





• Demonstrate flexibility by remaining partially available on weekends and holidays to manage high-priority calls and ensure 24/7 customer support alignment.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills.

Knowledge of health/accident insurance claims.

CRM software handling experience.

Problem-solving and coordination skills.

Exeperience:- 2-4 years of experience in health insurance claims coordination, customer service, or client coordination (experience with TPAs is a plus)

CTC :- 4lpa- 6lpa
