We will count on you to:
- Monitor,



improve and ensure achievement of agreed SLAs for the accounting operations team.
- Identify automation opportunities proactively within the process.
- Maintain and update documentation to comply with ISO standards.
- Ensuring adequate peer / subordinate reviews are conducted as per process requirement.
- Drive Cross training to back up 100% for critical work.
- Regularly maintain and update dashboards for the team SLAs.
- Reporting for team SLAs to the internal / external stakeholders.
- Managing and mentoring the team performances.
- Manage month-end / quarter-end finalisation and reporting for the below processes:
- Payroll
- Fixed Assets
- Inter-company
- Bank reconciliations
- Accruals / Prepayments
- Leases
- Revenue
- Managing process / review for all balance sheets reconciliations and meeting the global deadlines.
- Managing audit requirements

What you need to have:
- Commerce Graduate with 5+ years of work experie
