Role Summary:

The Transition Manager leads and executes end‑to‑end transition plans, ensuring smooth process migration and timely delivery of all milestones. The role involves project tracking, documentation, risk management, and effective communication with stakeholders. It also supports RFP activities, identifies improvement and automation opportunities, and ensures high‑quality process documentation. Solid communication, stakeholder management, change management, and project management skills are essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build transition plan and execute tasks as per timeline
- Support Sales team during RFI & RFP and solution designing process
- Track and monitor end-to-end transition with required deliverables
- Identify dependencies (tech, data, access, policy approvals) and critical path
- Use project management techniques (Waterfall/Agile) to govern and regulate the project




- Prepare project related documents at each stage of project and ensure timely sign-offs
- Identify and escalate risks with mitigation plan in timely manner
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders at various stage of project to update project status and raise risks
- Define high-level governance, SLAs/KPIs, and transformation roadmap
- Coordinate infrastructure readiness: VDI, access provisioning, apps, data feeds, cybersecurity, DR/BCP readiness.
- Run pilots/shadowing/reverse-shadowing; achieve "Readiness Gate" sign-offs
- Define capacity and staffing model with WFM; plan hiring, training, nesting
- Ensure quality framework: sampling, calibration, RCA, corrective/preventive actions
- Stay up to date with industry practices and technology
- Run pilots/shadowing/reverse-shadowing; achieve "Readiness Gate" sign-offs.
