Business Development Manager (BDM) – Banca Channel

Location: Sangli

Package (CTC): Up to 3.25 LPA | (Allowance Upto 6k )

Experience: Minimum 1 year (BFSI / Life Insurance preferred)

Age Limit: Maximum 37 years

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage and develop business through assigned bank branches

Build strong relationships with bank staff to generate life insurance leads

Achieve sales targets through effective cross-selling of life insurance products

Conduct joint sales calls and customer meetings with bank partners

Ensure smooth policy issuance and post-sales service support

Maintain MIS, reports, and compliance as per company norms

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI / Banca / Life Insurance sales

Solid communication and relationship management skills

-
Target-driven and result-oriented approach

-
Local area knowledge will be an added advantage
