The opportunity:

This position involves leading and developing a team of SCM professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration. The SCM Team Lead works closely with internal stakeholders and global teams to ensure efficient execution of supply chain activities, mitigate risks, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

How you’ll make an impact:
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of end-to-end SCM processes, including procurement, sourcing, planning support, supplier qualification, and order management and monitor and achieve agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Drive customer and stakeholder satisfaction through high-quality service delivery.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SCM professionals and set performance objectives,



conduct reviews, and build succession and capability plans. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee daily shared services operations and ensure workload balance across the team and ensure consistent execution of standardized global processes and best practices. Identify and mitigate operational risks affecting business continuity and customer deliveries.
- Drive process optimization, standardization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives and lead Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, and AI-enabled projects to improve efficiency and productivity. Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational excellence.
- Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders, business units, and suppliers and act as the escalation point for operational and supplier-related issues.
