We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer in the infrastructure solutions software team in our CE-SW group. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with responsibility for leading and developing a local engineering team. The focus will be on driving the validation and productisation of our infrastructure platforms, with strong collaboration across software engineering, quality, test and release functions.

Responsibilities
You will:
Lead and develop a team of software engineers at your site, providing technical direction, coaching and career development while remaining hands-on in solving complex engineering challenges.
Drive system validation and productisation for Infrastructure System Solutions, establishing effective validation plans, quality criteria and approaches to product readiness.
Advance scalable test infrastructure, CI, regression capabilities and quality metrics to improve coverage, efficiency and confidence throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate across Arm locations and engineering teams to manage dependencies, resolve complex system-level issues and drive effective execution across pre-silicon and silicon environments.
Required Skills And Experience
Strong experience in testing complex system software, with a technical background in SoC, firmware, platform software or system-level validation across pre-silicon and/or silicon environments.
Proven experience leading and developing software engineers, combining line management with strong hands-on technical leadership.
