YOUR MISSION

▪ Taking initiative for Sales growth in the assigned territory as per the sales
and marketing strategy of the department. Analyze customers' unmet needs and
market potential for new opportunities in sales and upgrade equipment &
instruments in Government institutions, Key Corporate accounts, and trade
hospitals.

▪ Build and maintain a market database to achieve present and future sales
objectives of KARL STORZ India.

▪ Ensure that all external stakeholders such as healthcare professionals,
biomedical, and purchase teams are being met regularly to provide consultation
in surgery and technological updates.

▪ Drive execution of sales plans (both quality and quantity) in own territory to
grow sales and improve market share of KARL STORZ India.

▪ Negotiate and close sales in routine situations and in case of complex
situations, partner with senior leadership to ensure sales closure.

▪ Participate in workshops, conferences, and events related to the relevant
specialty to generate leads and follow up with them regularly to bring them to a
sales closure stage.





▪ Participate in periodic reviews of sales performance against defined targets
in collaboration with superiors and take corrective actions in case of
sub-optimal performance.
