This role offers the prospect to lead critical procurement operations supporting Travel America activities across multiple business entities and locations.
You will oversee day-to-day order management operations while ensuring accuracy, service quality, compliance, and timely execution.
As a people leader, you will coach and develop a team of procurement professionals, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Category Management, Technology, and business stakeholders across an international environment.
The position combines operational leadership, stakeholder management, governance, analytics, and process transformation.
You will use performance data and operational insights to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, cost reduction, and improved customer experience.

Accountabilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day Travel America procurement operations across multiple business entities and locations, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
Oversee purchase order creation, amendments, change management, closure, invoice exception resolution, supplier and business queries, expediting, and order follow-up activities.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex transactional and operational procurement issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing disruption to business operations.
Monitor transactional pipelines, prioritize workloads, and ensure adherence to service level agreements, operational controls, procurement policies, and expected service standards.
