Provide technical leadership for the development of next-generation platform components using technologies such as .NET, C#, Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Partner with Product and Technology leaders to understand business initiatives, solve complex technical challenges, and deliver high-value solutions.
Collaborate with engineering and research teams across the organization and globally to ensure systems and services remain stable, scalable, performant, and aligned with customer expectations.
Manage an engineering team directly while maintaining solid communication and transparency with other engineering managers and stakeholders.
Establish and promote engineering best practices through code reviews, architectural reviews, technical discuss
