This role gives you the opportunity to directly support and develop a large community of student entrepreneurs across the United States.
As part of a growth-focused team, you will help new Campus Manager trainees build the skills, confidence, and foundations needed to launch and grow their businesses.
You will play an important role in onboarding, training, sales development, and day-to-day trainee support.
Your guidance, ideas, and feedback will have a direct impact on the experience and success of hundreds of aspiring entrepreneurs.
The role combines communication, coaching, coordination, problem-solving, and creative thinking in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with both trainees and internal team members while helping continuously improve the training experience.

Accountabilities:
Communicate regularly with Campus Manager trainees, providing timely guidance, answering questions, and helping them stay on track throughout the training and onboarding process.
Manage the day-to-day activities required to deliver effective training programs, ensuring trainees receive the support and resources they need at each stage.
Guide trainees in developing an entrepreneurial mindset and establishing the foundations required to build and operate their businesses on campus.
Train and coach Campus Manager trainees on the skills and approaches needed to generate sales and successfully develop their campus businesses.
Brainstorm and develop ideas that can improve trainee performance, strengthen the training experience, and contribute to the success of the wider Campus Manager community.
Collect and analyze feedback from trainees and existing Campus Managers to
