Job Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding suitable IT courses and career paths.
Handle walk-in, phone and online inquiries.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Explain course curriculum, fees, batches, duration and career opportunities.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams when required.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.




Maintain skilled communication with students throughout the admission process.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Student Counselling or a similar role.
Graduate preferred.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Good follow-up and lead conversion skills.
Familiarity with CRM or lead management systems is preferred.
Candidate should be comfortable working from our Surat office.

Incentives
₹5,000 incentive on achieving 7+ admissions in a month.
₹7,000–₹9,000 incentive on achieving 110%+ of the assigned target.
