HRIS Product Strategy, Roadmap, and Governance (SAP SuccessFactors):Formulate and govern the comprehensive HRIS product vision, strategicdirection, and multi-year roadmap, with a primary focus on the SAPSuccessFactors suite (e.g., Employee Central, Learning, PerformanceManagement, etc.).* Key Activities: Systematically gather and analyze business requirements fromHuman Resources stakeholders, prioritize feature development based onstrategic alignment and demonstrable Return on Investment (ROI), manage theproduct backlog, and rigorously enforce system governance standards (dataquality, security protocols, regulatory compliance).
Enterprise Solution Architecture, Configuration, and Optimization: Directthe design, configuration, and continuous optimization of SuccessFactorsmodules to effectively address both current operational needs and futureorganizational requirements.* Key Activities: Translate high-level business requirements into detailedfunctional and technical specifications, perform system configuration withinSuccessFactors,



manage comprehensive testing cycles (Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing - UAT), and resolve complex, escalated system incidents.

HR System Integration and Data Integrity Management: Ensure thedevelopment and maintenance of seamless, highly secure, and secureintegrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems (e.g.,Financial ERP, Payroll platforms, external third-party vendors) utilizingmiddleware solutions such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). IAS/IPS-General configurations. Understanding of Successfactors integration center, SAPHCM to SF integration and BIB replication framework.* Key Activities: Define integration architecture blueprints and robust data flowmethodologies, oversee the rigorous design and implementation lifecycle of newintegrations, continuously monitor the health of existing interfaces, and strictlyenforce data quality protocols across all integrated platforms.
