Role Description This is a full-time Sales Associate role based in Varanasi, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Sales Associate will identify and qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and present tailored web and software solutions to prospective clients across various industries. The role includes managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotes, negotiating terms,



and closing deals in alignment with company targets. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, coordinating with technical and project teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and keeping accurate records in CRM tools. The Sales Associate will stay updated on industry trends, participate in marketing and outreach activities, and represent Moon Softech Solutions in meetings, events, and online channels.
Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Experience with client relationship management, account management, and customer success practices.
Ability to understand and explain web development, software solutions, SEO, and digital branding in clear, accessible terms.
Proficiency in communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with confident negotiation abilities.
