Capspedia is looking for full-time Sales & Marketing Interns to join our team in Jaipur and Gurgaon.

This is a hands-on role. You won't be fetching coffee or watching from the sidelines — you'll be talking to real prospects, running real campaigns, and seeing your work show up in our numbers.

What you'll do:
• Support outreach and lead generation across channels
• Help plan and run marketing campaigns (social, email, content)
• Research the market, our competitors, and our customers
• Track performance and share what's working and what isn't
• Sit in on sales conversations and learn the craft from the ground up

Who we're looking for:
• Robust written and verbal communication
• Curious, self-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Interested in building a career in sales or marketing




• Students in their final year or recent graduates welcome

What you get:

• Direct mentorship from the founding team
• Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
• Full time offer at the end of the internship, based on performance

? Location: Jaipur and Gurgaon (on-site, no remote)
⏳ Duration: 6 months, full-time
