As an Account Management Manager, you’ll lead a team dedicated to building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with key B2B clients. You’ll combine people leadership with strategic account management, helping strengthen customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term value. The role gives you ownership of account planning, growth opportunities, escalations, renewals, and executive-level client engagement. You’ll use account performance data and customer insights to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for expansion. Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams will be essential to delivering a seamless client experience. Accountabilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Managers,



supporting their professional development, performance, engagement, and achievement of team objectives.
Develop and execute strategic account plans designed to retain and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, with a focus on long-term relationships, customer satisfaction, and customer lifetime value.
Serve as a senior escalation point for client issues, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and effectively while maintaining strong levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
Proactively identify upselling, cross-selling, renewal, and expansion opportunities by understanding evolving client needs and aligning them with relevant products and services.
Monitor account health and client performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare regular reports that provide actionable insights and support informed account decisions.
