Successful interns may be considered for a full-time HR role with CTC of ₹2.5–4 LPA, based on performance, skills and organizational requirements.

? What You’ll Do

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR and management team and gain practical experience across multiple HR functions.

? Talent Acquisition

Source and identify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.




Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
Assist in managing the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

? Candidate & Employee Engagement

Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and joining formalities.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.

? HR Operations

Assist with employee documentation, onboarding and HR records.
Maintain and update employee databases.
Support attendance, leave and other routine HR processes.
Assist in maintaining HR reports and trackers.

? HR Analytics & Reporting

Maintain recruitment and employee-related reports.
Track hiring metrics, interview status and onboarding progress.
Use spreadsheets and HR tools to organize and analyse HR data.

? Learning & Development

Assist in coordinating training and development programs.
Help identify employee learning requirements.
