Role Description This is a full time, in office Articled Assistant role based in New Delhi. The Articled Assistant will support audits, accounting, and tax assignments, including preparation and review of working papers, maintaining ledgers, and assisting in financial statement preparation. Daily tasks include drafting and filing returns and forms under Income Tax and GST, assisting in assessments and litigation-related documentation,



and supporting compliance work for corporate and non-profit clients. The role also involves research on tax and accounting issues, assisting in implementation of Ind AS/IFRS, preparing reports and summaries for senior team members, and maintaining organized documentation and client communication records. The position offers practical exposure across business setup, ongoing compliance, and advisory services under the supervision of qualified professionals.
Qualifications
Enrolled as an Articled/Article Assistant under ICAI and eligible to undertake articleship training.
Strong foundation in accounting principles, auditing procedures, and financial reporting (including exposure or interest in Ind AS/IFRS).
Knowledge or keen interest in Income Tax, GST, and corporate compliance, including return filing and documentation for assessments and refunds.
Ability to research and interpret tax and regulatory provisions and prepare concise notes and
