As a Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist, you’ll contribute to a global technology compliance function focused on strengthening governance, managing risk, and supporting regulatory compliance. You’ll help deliver IT compliance programs spanning information security, digital resilience, IT controls, privacy, and broader technology risk. The role combines hands-on compliance delivery with stakeholder advisory, audit support, control testing, and continuous improvement. You’ll partner with digital and technology teams to identify risks, design practical controls, and ensure compliance requirements are embedded into projects and services. You’ll also help modernize compliance operations through automation, AI, and technology-enabled GRC processes. Accountabilities:
Support the delivery of global information security and IT compliance programs, including annual audits, control testing activities, and ongoing compliance assessments.
Advise technology and digital teams on compliance management processes, regulatory requirements, security standards, IT controls, audit scope, and appropriate testing approaches.
Use Governance, Risk & Compliance tools to support risk assessments, control management, policy compliance, issue and remediation tracking, audit management, attestation campaigns, continuous controls monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
Support the implementation and optimization of technology-enabled compliance processes, including the integration of GRC solutions with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Azure, ServiceNow, and Identity & Access Management solutions.
