Role Description This full-time, in office role as Sales Executive & Area Sales Manager is based in Belgaum. The role involves managing and growing sales within the assigned territory, including identifying new business opportunities, meeting with dealers, distributors, contractors, and project customers, and promoting Durocon’s product portfolio. The position requires achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends,



and providing product demonstrations and technical guidance where needed. Day-to-day activities include planning visits, maintaining relationships with key accounts, handling inquiries, negotiating pricing within guidelines, and ensuring timely collections. The role also includes preparing periodic sales reports, coordinating with internal teams for supply and support, and representing the brand at local trade events or customer meets.
Qualifications

Proven skills in field sales, business development, and territory management within building materials or construction-related products.
Ability to manage dealer and distributor networks, build long-term customer relationships, and drive repeat business.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain product features and benefits clearly.
