Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat related to orders, products, payments, deliveries, and services.
Assist customers with order tracking, cancellations, refunds, exchanges, replacements, and complaints.
Provide accurate information about Supply6 products, including product advantages, usage instructions, ingredients, and other product-related queries.
Resolve issues related to payments, shipping, delivery delays, damaged products, and product availability.
Maintain a professional, empathetic,



and solution-oriented approach while handling customer concerns.
Proactively encourage prepaid orders, repeat purchases, and customer retention through relevant offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve customer and order-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, resolutions, and feedback.
Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with the team to improve customer experience and support processes.
Work towards defined customer support metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
1- 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Experience, E-commerce, D2C, FMCG, Nutrition, or Wellness is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Hindi and/or Kannada is preferred.
