We are looking for an HR & Event Management Intern to support our internal people operations as well as planning and execution of events, workshops, webinars and community activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
Maintain employee and intern records, attendance, task tracking and basic HR documentation.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth communication, follow-ups and completion of assigned activities.
Assist in developing and maintaining HR processes, onboarding systems and internal SOPs.
Plan and coordinate workshops,



webinars, networking events, seminars and other company activities.
Coordinate with speakers, guests, partners, participants, vendors and other stakeholders for events.
Manage event registrations, invitations, reminders, schedules and participant communication.
Support on-ground event execution including venue coordination, logistics, team coordination and participant management.
Help build and maintain a network of professionals, speakers, students, businesses and organisations for future events and collaborations.
Collect event feedback, maintain participant databases and prepare basic event reports.
Ideal Candidate
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, business administration, management, communications or a related field.
Solid interest in HR, recruitment, event management and community building.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised and comfortable handling
